Learning disabilities are a wide variety of learning problems that affect how individuals receive and process information. They can impact students and left unidentified or untreated can negatively impact their career, metal health, and relationships into adulthood.
In this episode I sat down with Professor of Teaching and Learning at Southern Methodist University, Stephanie Al Otaiba. She gave an overview of learning disabilities, how to spot them, and how to get the help your child needs.

Parents are trying to provide support and a sense of "normalcy" as best we can, all while we are struggling as well.
In this episode I sat down with middle school counselor and LPC-Intern, Catherine Wimbrey and owner of Brighter Possibilities Family Counseling, Michael Flores. They offered tips to help our kids with their emotional wellness (and ours) during these uncertain times.
