Thursday Mar 26, 2020
Thursday Mar 26, 2020
Most of us are trying to wrap our heads around the impact of COVID-19 on our lives. It's difficult for adults to understand and even more for our kids. Kids are experiencing a myriad of emotions. Parents are trying to provide support and a sense of "normalcy" as best we can, all while we are struggling as well.
In this episode I sat down with middle school counselor and LPC-Intern, Catherine Wimbrey and owner of Brighter Possibilities Family Counseling, Michael Flores. They offered tips to help our kids with their emotional wellness (and ours) during these uncertain times.
